The leading digital parenting platform, Motherly, today announced it has acquired the pregnancy and parenting brand Well Rounded. The New York-based digital media and events company, known for its innovative experiential events as well as its expertise and relationships in the pregnancy and new mom community, will become a part of the Motherly umbrella on February 1st. The Well Rounded acquisition will expand Motherly’s reach into the pregnancy market, and grow the company’s sales portfolio to include events and influencer marketing.

Well Rounded’s founders, Jessica Pallay and Kaity Velez, will join Motherly’s staff and lead the company’s events strategy, which will include at least 5 pregnancy and postpartum events in 2019. Well Rounded’s online content and social communities will be merged into the Motherly brand and website, effective immediately.
