We always say that "perfect" doesn't exist. But what if instead, we redefine what "perfect" means, understanding that everyone is going to have a completely different definition? It’s a process—breathe through it

It's funny how the moment you decide you want to be pregnant, every minute that passes feels like it takes forever. I WANT TO BE PREGNANT NOW! We totally get it. Remember (though it's hard) that getting pregnant is a process—and so are pregnancy and motherhood. Try to breathe your way through the discomfort of waiting and trust in the process.
