If you’ve got a Graco Table2Table 6-in-1 high chair in your home, you’ll want to check if it’s part of a new recall.

It comes after 38 reports of the chairs’ rear leg pivoting out of position, according to the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission. In five cases, children were bumped and bruised when the highchair fell over with them in it.

“We encourage consumers who purchased this product to immediately stop using the highchair,” Graco warns in a statement on its website.

The Graco Table2Table 6-in-1 design has been popular with parents since it’s convertable and grows with your child. The highchair can be rearranged into a booster seat or into a toddler chair with a kid-sized table.

The Table2Table 6-in-1 was sold exclusivly at Walmart stores from October 2016 through December 2017 for about $100. About 36,000 were purchased nationwide, with another 3,200 bought in Canada.

If you’ve got one, check the model number (it’s on the underside of the toddler seat and on the back of the booster seat).

The recall is for model number 2013805 with the UPC Code 047406146475.

In the statement, Graco says the company “will provide, free of charge, a replacement kit and installation instructions.”
