It’s time for dinner again . And I’m tired— again. Living this social distancing life means there’s little room for a break between tasks throughout the day. Breakfast blurs into homeschooling, then lunch, then more playtime, all while working my regular full-time job and tag-teaming with my partner. And before I know it, dinner looms on us and I think, how could I possibly cook anything else today?

Enter: The best frozen pizza I’ve ever had (seriously).

I’m not joking when I say that this is the ultimate culinary experience that can come to you in frozen pizza form. I miss restaurants just as much as anybody, and I especially miss our local pizza joint that had to shut down while all of this is happening, but when I popped this frozen bad boy into my oven and a mere nine minutes later out came something extraordinary—I temporarily forgot about my worries.

Talia di Napoli Pizza

These pizzas are handmade in Naples, Italy using local ingredients and then baked in wood-fired ovens. And I’m not sure what kind of magic they do in their freezing process, but all of that goodness is perfectly preserved for shipping to you once you order it.

There are no preservatives or additives in the pies and the ingredients are all real food (Parmigiano Reggiano, basil, extra virgin olive oil…). Currently everything on their site is available for pre-order to be shipped starting June 10th.

Pricing starts at $12.99, but they have a minimum order of five pies per delivery.
