If you've been a mama for any amount of time, you know the importance of a good diaper bag . It needs to be functional to keep everything you're toting around organized, but also stylish enough so you can hang out with it after a playdate . Well BÉIS , the travel and accessory brand by actress and new mom Shay Mitchell had real mamas in mind with her new baby collection launch.
This new line steps outside of BÉIS' jetsetter attitude and shines a light on everyday moms who love functional, stylish pieces—and we're so here for it.
The cool part is that the collection doesn't just stop with a diaper bag. You'll also spot a bottle cooler and stroller caddy—products all items mama's use on a regular basis.
According to Mitchell, the foray into the baby category was a natural next step as the Canadian actress and model became a mom this past year to a baby girl, Atlas. "In a way, doing the market research and conferring with our panel of real mom product testers made me feel so much more prepared for my own baby's arrival," says Mitchell. "Learning about the things that moms really need and want, figuring out what works and what did not in other bags, and then perfecting our design to a T."
Here's a closer look at the collection:
Each diaper bag includes a changing pad, odor-resistant bag wristlet, stroller straps, pacifier holder and teething toy. There's also a standout gold and silver chain that's sure to help you look chic no matter where you are. We really like that you can swap between the traditional two shoulder straps and the chain straps for when you're feeling fancy.
Sure, this bag is insulated to keep items cool or warm for several hours, but it also has a small zip pocket for bottle accessories and an ID window to ensure no one takes babe's goodies.
And as Michelle says, "It's perfect for moms that are pumping on the go, or needing to keep our baby's food at a safe temperature while out and about."
This features adjustable straps that snap around the handle of a standard stroller, a shopping cart or around the metal brackets of a plane's seat-back tray. Bonus: There are hidden tabs in the diaper bag that can easily snap into the caddy so you can travel with them together. Obsessed!
